To the Mods: Claire was caught in an explosion, and a piece of shrapnel hit her right calf. She's received medical attention for it already, but the wound is still fresh.

Personality:Claire is a kind soul. She can feel mercy for even the worst of people. It could be considered both her greatest strength, and her greatest weakness. If someone asks for her help, she will likely give it, no matter who it is, so long as the situation doesn’t compromise her morals. She’s the kind of woman who’d give you the shirt off her back, and she has done exactly that before. She truly loves children and can connect with them easily, likely because she lost her parents at a young age, and values family strongly. She doesn’t treat them like they’re idiots, but rather just small innocent adults. She has a natural gentleness, and it extends to grown ups and not just children.
From that kindness though springs a great, fierce protective streak. She has a high regard for all life, and so those who don’t share that regard earn her ire pretty quickly. She’s not afraid to smart off at enemies, though it might not always be the wisest idea. She stands by her ideals even in the worst circumstances, and backs them up with a fiery passion when necessary.
She is extremely strong willed, and doesn’t back down from challenges, even when she’s clearly outclassed. On Rockfort Island, Wesker tosses her around like a ragdoll, obviously her physical superior, but she stands her ground and even mouths off at him. Later, in Antarctica, she even attempts to attack him in defense of her friend, Steve Burnside, even though she had been easily held captive by him only moments before. If not for her brother physically holding her back, she would have likely gone through with it. When hearing Senator Davis making comments about Rani, and how he finds children annoying, Claire walks right up to him and bitch slaps across the face, with zero care that he is a government official. She refuses to let anyone scrape by because of their status, and she doesn’t give respect to those she sees as unworthy of it.
Of course, this shows that sometimes her emotions drive her more than her rational sense. She’s loyal, almost to a fault. When it comes to people she cares about, Claire will go to the ends of the earth to help them. No favor is too big, even if it puts her in danger. This shows in her a boldness, but also a recklessness. She has a habit of putting the survival of others before her own. In particular, her brother is her biggest weakness here. He is her only family, and she would lay down her life to protect him, above all others.
Claire also is very cool under pressure, especially in life or death situations. Her first encounter with a zombie showed remarkable self-control in an impossible situation. Though afraid, she had the wherewithal to process and not simply crumble. Her usual response when threatened is to verbally and/or physically spit in the eye of whatever she is up against. She doesn’t accept failure from herself, and refuses to let others give up on themselves or a situation.
Abilities/Skills:she’s been trained in hand to hand by her brother Chris, as well as how to use a large array of firearms, up to and including rocket launchers. She’s exceptionally accurate with throwing knives, being able to utilize them with deadly accuracy in mid-combat. She also has a talent for gun slinging, being able to drop and catch handguns in mid-fall, as well as catching them mid-air and spinning them around in her hand.
Claire also is very tech savvy and is a talented hacker, though she is far from the best. She has broken through Umbrella base security to access their mainframe, however she managed to trigger an alarm. Later she hacked an Umbrella console to access an outside internet line to send an S.O.S. to her friend Leon S. Kennedy.
She also has mechanical skills focusing around motorcycles, and knows how to ride them.
